At Donsje Amsterdam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
